This article explores the spiritual foundations for the improvement and development of folk holidays and performances in Central Asia, their aesthetic significance, national values and traditions of holidays and performances in the period from the primitive appearance of holidays and performances to their professional development, the issues of its popularization and stabilization are investigated. As a methodological source, the article uses the research of historians, cultural figures and connoisseurs.
