Abstract

The author presents a variability of traveller modes, i.e. the manifold ways of how one can get an interpretation grasp of a visited country. In his traveller strategy, the author applies heuristic, aesthetic and performative modes. Conveying his experience of a beckoning country in the heart of Central Asia, he introduces the reader to the unique and rare expressiveness of Uzbekistan. Images of this cultural landscape locked in Central Asia as unveiled by him essentially constitute an experiential country reading supplemented with a deciphered interpretation.
