The revolutionary development of science and technology, information and communication technologies is accelerating these processes. The processes of globalization, changes in the entire system of international relations, the constant expansion of the range of threats and dangers to international and regional security are becoming one of the peculiarities of our time. As a result of the impact of information and communication technologies, young people need to assess the changes in media culture and worldview.
