PRESERVING THE IDENTITY OF KAZAKH SOCIETY AS A RESPONSE TO GLOBAL THREATS TO OUR WORLD

Abstract

Since gaining independence, the Republic of Kazakhstan has consistently implemented policies aimed at reviving spiritual values and strengthening national identity, contributing to social cohesion and the formation of устойчивого national consciousness. The country is creating institutional and cultural conditions for the development of the state language, traditions, and  patriotic education. At the same time, globalization processes increase the risks of erosion of cultural and value orientations, weakening of the linguistic environment, and transformation of identity. In this regard, this article examines the key mechanisms for preserving the identity of Kazakhstani society in the context of global challenges.
