Xavfli o'smalarda yuz-jag` sohasidagi nuqsonlarni rekonstruktsiya qilish mutaxassisdan nuqsonni plastik yopishning turli usullarini bilishni talab qiladi. Jarrohning arsenalida sohasi va revaskulyarizatsiya qilingan qopqoq shaklida plastik materiallarning keng tanlovi mavjud.
Hozirgi vaqtda yuz-jag` sohasidagi teri va yumshoq to'qimalarning o'sma nuqsonlarini rekonstruktsiya qilish usullari orasida eng mashhuri bilakning revaskulyarizatsiyalangan teri-fasial qopqog'idan foydalanishdir. Teri-fasyal supraklavikulyar qopqoq, uning xususiyatlariga ko'ra, yuqorida aytib o'tilgan va boshqa erkin greftlarga alternativa bo'lib, mikrojarrohlik qobiliyatlari va vositalarini talab qilmaydi. Mamlakatimizda bu usul birinchi marta biz tomonidan qo'llanilgan. Maqolada mualliflarning tajribasi keltirilgan.
