Инфекция вируса папилломы человека (ВПЧ) играет значимую роль в развитии заболеваний слизистой оболочки полости рта. Персистенция вируса в эпителиальных клетках сопровождается нарушением местного иммунного ответа, процессов дифференцировки эпителия и формированием хронического воспаления. В статье проведён комплексный анализ клинических форм, патогенетических механизмов и особенностей течения заболеваний слизистой оболочки полости рта у пациентов с ВПЧ-инфекцией.
