Abstract The article is devoted to innovative approaches in orthodontics, focusing on changes in the dental system when using non-removable orthodontic devices. The paper discusses modern methods of bite correction using braces and other non-removable devices that are highly efficient and can be fine-tuned. The author examines the mechanisms of the effect of these devices on the dental system, their advantages and limitations, as well as the features of clinical use. Various types of fixed devices, their designs and materials that contribute to achieving the best results in orthodontic treatment are described. Based on clinical studies, the effect of non-removable devices on accelerating the process of tooth alignment, improving bite functionality and aesthetic result is presented. The work also reveals the issues of diagnosis and treatment planning using new technologies and methods. Special attention is paid to minimizing the risks of complications and optimizing patient care during treatment. The article is intended for orthodontists, researchers and students interested in advanced methods of correction of the dental system.
