OPTIMIZING THE MANAGEMENT OF COMPLICATIONS DURING THE PATIENT ADAPTATION PERIOD TO REMOVABLE DENTURES

The relevance of the study is driven by the increasing number of elderly patients requiring prosthetic treatment with removable dentures and the need to optimize strategies for managing post-prosthetic complications. During the adaptation phase, complications frequently arise, significantly affecting masticatory function, comfort, and overall quality of life. The aim of the study was to optimize the methods for eliminating complications by analyzing their frequency and causes to develop improved clinical recommendations. The study involved 60 patients with complete and partial edentulism. The results demonstrated that the implementation of optimized clinical correction protocols and timely individual adjustments significantly reduce the severity of complications and accelerate the patient adaptation process.
