СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ТЕРАПИИ ПОЛИПОЗНОГО РИНОСИНУСИТА: КОМПЛЕКСНАЯ ЛЕЧЕБНАЯ ТАКТИКА

Хронический полипозный риносинусит (ХПРС) представляет собой многофакторное воспалительное заболевание слизистой оболочки полости носа и околоносовых пазух, характеризующееся формированием полипозных разрастаний и персистирующим течением. Согласно эпидемиологическим данным, распространенность данной патологии в общей популяции составляет от 2% до 4%, при этом отмечается тенденция к увеличению частоты заболеваемости в экономически развитых странах, что позволяет рассматривать ХПРС как значимую медико-социальную проблему.
Несмотря на значительный прогресс в понимании патофизиологических механизмов полипозного риносинусита, достигнутый за последние десятилетия, лечение данного заболевания по-прежнему представляет собой сложную задачу. Это обусловлено гетерогенностью ХПРС, наличием различных фенотипов и эндотипов заболевания, требующих дифференцированного терапевтического подхода. Классические схемы лечения, включающие применение топических кортикостероидов и хирургические вмешательства, зачастую не обеспечивают долгосрочного контроля над заболеванием, что приводит к частым рецидивам и снижению качества жизни пациентов.
