epilepsiya va uyqu, desinxronlashtirilgan faoliyat, uyqu chuqurligi, sekin to'lqinli uyqu##article.abstract##
Ushbu sharhda biz uyqu va epilepsiya o'rtasidagi murakkab o'zaro ta'sirlarning turli jihatlari bo'yicha adabiyot ma'lumotlarini tahlil qilishga harakat qildik. Katta yoshdagi normal uyqu har biri o'rtacha 90-100 daqiqa davom etadigan tsikllarda sodir bo'ladi, garchi chaqaloqlar va bolalar odatda taxminan 60 daqiqaga qisqaroq bo'lsa. Bir tsikl (NREM) N1, N2 va N3 bosqichlaridan uyqu chuqurligining rivojlanishi va sekin to'lqinlar faolligi miqdorining ortishi, so'ngra REM uyqusi bilan evolyutsiyani o'z ichiga oladi, bu uyg'onishga o'xshash tezroq va sinxronlashtirilgan faollik bilan tavsiflanadi, takrorlanadi.
