UMURTQA DISKI CHURASI BILAN MODIK O‘ZGARISHLARINING BIRIKMASINING TARQALISHI VA KLINIK AHAMIYATI (SURUNKALI BEL OG‘RIG‘I BO‘LGAN BEMORLAR POPULYATSIYASIDA)

Ishning maqsadi - surunkali bel og‘rig‘i (SBO) va umurtqa diski churasi bo‘lgan bemorlarda Modik o‘zgarishlarining (MO) tarqalishi, xavf omillari va klinik ahamiyatini o‘rganish. Tadqiqotga 248 bemor kiritildi. MO 58,5% hollarda aniqlandi, II tip ustunlik qildi (68,7%), eng ko‘p L5–S1 darajasida (52%). MO ning asosiy mustaqil prediktorlari disk churasi mavjudligi (OR 3,67), ekstruziya/sekvestratsiya (OR 2,31), SBO davomiyligi >12 oy (OR 2,56) va yosh >50 yil (OR 2,84) bo‘ldi. MO bo‘lgan bemorlarda 12 oylik natijalar sezilarli darajada yomonroq edi: og‘riq darajasi yuqori (VAS 4,8±1,9), funksional yetishmovchilik kuchliroq (ODI 31,4±11,2%) va ishga qaytish darajasi pastroq (64,8% ga nisbatan 81,5%). Olingan natijalar Modik o‘zgarishlari SBO ning rezistent kechishining muhim prediktori ekanligini va terapiya hamda reabilitatsiyaga shaxsiy yondashuvni talab qilishini ko‘rsatadi.
