GEMATOLOGIK XAVFLI O‘SMALARDA NEVROLOGIK BUZILISHLAR: TAQQOSLAMA TAHLIL

Tadqiqot maqsadi: turli xil gematologik xavfli o‘smalarga chalingan bemorlarda nevrologik buzilishlarning uchrashish chastotasi va xususiyatlarini o‘rganish. Materiallar va usullar: Gematologik xavfli o‘smalarga ega bo‘lgan 111 nafar bemorda prospektiv tadqiqot o‘tkazildi: o‘tkir limfoblast leykoz (O‘LL, n=64), o‘tkir miyeloid leykoz (O‘ML, n=28) va limfoma (n=19). Tadqiqot davomida kognitiv buzilishlar, diqqat yetishmovchiligi, bosh og‘rig‘i, periferik neyropatiya, harakat koordinatsiyasi buzilishlari hamda vegetativ distoniya baholandi. Natijalar: Kognitiv buzilishlar O‘LL bilan kasallangan bemorlarda (63,5±6,2%) O‘ML (57,1±8,6%) va limfoma (38,5±14,6%) bilan taqqoslaganda statistik jihatdan ishonchli ravishda ko‘proq uchradi (p<0,001). Boshqa nevrologik namoyonlar guruhlar o‘rtasida statistik ahamiyatli farq ko‘rsatmadi (p>0,05). Xulosa: O‘LL bilan kasallangan bemorlarda kognitiv buzilishlar rivojlanish xavfi yuqori bo‘lib, bu holat davolash va reabilitatsiya tadbirlarini rejalashtirishda alohida e’tibor talab qiladi.
