Jadallashuvchi mushak distrofiyalari bilan kasallangan 25 nafar bemorlarda kompleks klinik ko‘rik, elektroneyromiografiya (ENMG), elektromiografiya (EMG), biokimyoviy tekshiruvlar (kreatinkinaza, laktatdegidrogenaza, aminotransferazalar, troponin I) va yallig‘lanish markerlari (interleykinlar, TNF-α) tekshiruvi o‘tkazildi. Kreatinkinaza darajasi barcha bemorlarda ko‘tarilgan bo‘lib, o‘rtacha 2840±1650 U/l tashkil etdi. Dyushen mushak distrofiyasi bilan kasallangan bemorlarda eng yuqori ko‘rsatkichlar (4250±1980 U/l) qayd etildi. Elektromiografik tekshiruvlar barcha bemorlarda miopatik o‘zgarishlarni ko‘rsatdi: PDE amplitudasi 485±180 mkV, davomiyligi 7,2±2,1 ms, polifazliligi 28,4±8,6%ni tashkil etdi. Troponin I ko‘tarilishi 8 bemorda (32%) aniqlandi. Yallig‘lanish markerlari (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α) ko‘pchilik bemorlarda yuqori bo‘ldi. Kompleks diagnostika JMDni aniqlashda yuqori samaradorlikka ega bo‘lib, diagnostika aniqligini 92%gacha oshiradi va kasallikning turli shakllarini differensial diagnostikasini yaxshilaydi.
