Kirish: Surunkali migren ko‘pincha dori-darmonlarga chidamli bo‘lgan, og‘ir va nogironlikka olib keluvchi kasallik hisoblanadi. Maqsad: Katta ensa nervini (KEN) dekompressiya qilishning kam invaziv endoskopik usulini taqdim etish va ushbu metodning dastlabki klinik natijalarini bayon qilish.

Usullar: Jarrohlik texnikasi tahlil qilindi: kichik kesma orqali kirish, endoskopik va mikroskopik vizualizatsiya, shuningdek KEN atrofida qayta siqilishni oldini olish maqsadida avtoyog‘ qatlami bilan himoyalash.

Natijalar: Migren xurujlarining chastotasi va kuchi sezilarli darajada kamaygani, operatsiyadan keyingi og‘riqning pasaygani va reabilitatsiya muddatining qisqargani kuzatildi.

Xulosa: Ushbu texnika an’anaviy ochiq operatsiyalarga istiqbolli alternativa bo‘lib, surunkali va dori-darmonlarga chidamli migren bilan og‘rigan bemorlarga tavsiya etilishi mumkin.
