Orqa miya churrasi (spina bifida) va fiksatsiyalangan orqa miya bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda uzoq muddatli prognoz asosan operatsiyadan oldingi baholash sifati va jarrohlik aralashuvi muddatlari bilan belgilanadi. Organizmning barcha tizimlarini har tomonlama tekshirishni o‘z ichiga olgan tez va samarali fanlararo maslahat o‘limga olib kelishi va asoratlar rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan omillarni o‘z vaqtida aniqlash va tuzatishning asosiy shartidir. Erta tashxis qo‘yish va bemorning operatsiyadan oldingi holatini optimallashtirish o‘lim va kasallanish xavfini sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi, bu esa yanada qulay klinik natijani ta’minlaydi.
