Maqolada o‘tkir ishemik insult (OI) ni murakkab davolashda burun orqali purkalgan "Semak" spreyi (neyropeptidlar va o‘sish omillari kompleksini o‘z ichiga olgan) ning samaradorligi bo‘yicha istiqbolli randomizatsiyalangan nazoratli tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan. NIHSS shkalasi bo‘yicha neyrologik yetishmovchilikni va 3 oydan keyin mRS shkalasi bo‘yicha funktsional tiklanishni baholash asosiy guruhda nazorat guruhiga nisbatan statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli yaxshilanishni ko‘rsatdi. Asosiy natija "Semaks" qabul qilayotgan bemorlarning qon zardobida miya kelib chiqqan neyrotrofik omil (BDNF) darajasining ishonchli oshishi bo‘lib, bu yaxshi klinik natijalar bilan korrelyatsiyalashdi. Olingan ma’lumotlar preparatning neyroprotektiv va neyroreparativ potentsialini ko‘rsatadi va neyroreabilitatsiya amaliyotida qo‘llanilishi istiqbollarini ochadi.
