Тадқиқот мақсади — С2 умуртқа тишсимон ўсиғи ностабил синиқларини олдинги битта винтли кам инвазив фиксация усулининг хавфсизлиги ва самарадорлигини баҳолаш. 2023 йил сентябридан 2025 йил апрелигача даволанган 18 бемор (14 эркак, 4 аёл) маълумотлари таҳлил қилинди. Амамлиёт рентген назорати остида махсус 14 см игна (ташқи диаметри 3,0 мм, ички канали 2,0 мм) ва 6 мм дилататор (кириш 3–4 мм) орқали ўтказилди. Барча операциялар муваффақиятли ўтди, асоратлар кузатилмади. 6 ойлик кузатувда 16 бемор (88,9%) да синиқ тўлиқ бирлашганлиги аниқланди. Краниовертебрал соҳада оғриқ ва ҳаракат чекловлари минимал намоён бўлди. Ушбу янги фиксациялаш усули ишончли барқарорлик, атлантоаксиал ҳаракатчанликни сақлаш ва тезкор реабилитацияни таъминлайди.
