So‘nggi yillarda parkinsonizm patogenezida “ichak–miya” o‘qi va yallig‘lanish mexanizmlarining o‘rni bo‘yicha qiziqish ortib bormoqda. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi bemorlarda lokal va sistemali yallig‘lanish markerlari — interleykin-6, fekal kalprotektin va Helicobacter pylori infeksiyasini baholashdan iborat bo‘ldi. Tadqiqotga parkinsonik buzilishlarning turli shakllariga ega bo‘lgan bemorlar jalb etildi; ularda klinik holat baholandi va yallig‘lanish markerlarining laborator ko‘rsatkichlari aniqlangan. Olingan natijalarga ko‘ra, idiopatik Parkinson kasalligida IL-6 darajasi so‘dali parkinsonizmga nisbatan sezilarli darajada yuqori ekani aniqlandi. Fekal kalprotektin ko‘rsatkichlari esa yuqori variabellikka ega bo‘lib, kasallikning kechki bosqichlari bilan bog‘liq ekani kuzatildi. H. pylori infeksiyasi asosan Parkinson kasalligi bo‘lgan bemorlarda uchradi va kasallik davomiyligi hamda motor buzilishlarining og‘irligi bilan korrelyatsiya qildi. Umuman, olingan ma’lumotlar ichak va sistemali yallig‘lanishning parkinsonizm patogenezi shakllanishidagi muhim rolini tasdiqlaydi hamda mazkur markerlardan differentsial tashhis, xavfni stratifikatsiya qilish va bemorlarni individual boshqarish uchun foydalanish istiqbollarini ko‘rsatadi.Библиографические ссылки
