##article.abstract##

Вертеброген синдроми умуртқа артерияси остеопатга мурожаат қилишнинг энг кенг тарқалган сабабларидан бири ҳисобланади. Мақолада ушбу синдромнинг классификацияси, патогенетик механизмлари, клиник кўринишлари ва диагностикаси ҳақида маълумотлар келтирилган. Шунингдек, беморларнинг даволашдан олдин ва кейинги клиник, рентгенологик ва ультратовуш текшируви натижалари тақдим этилган ҳамда остеопатик усул билан анъанавий медикаментоз даволаш самарадорлиги қиёсий баҳоланган. Тадқиқот мақсади: турли клиник кўринишлардаги СПА беморларида остеопатик даволаш усуллари самарадорлигини баҳолаш. Натижа ва хулосалар: Беморларда умуртқа артерияси синдроми асосан бош айланиши, бош оғриғи ва бўйинда оғриқ билан характерланади. Экстракраниал ва транскраниал дуплекс текшируви УА деформациялари, конволюциялари ва веноз дисциркуляцияни кўрсатди. Даволашдан сўнг бош оғриғи ва бўйин оғриғи камайди, бош айланиши ва шовқин юмшатилди, ҳаракатлар мувозанати ва юриш яхшиланди. УА бўйлаб қон оқими тезлиги ошди, RI индекси камайди ва веноз оқим яхшиланди, айниқса I гуруҳда самаралироқ ўзгаришлар кузатилди. Остеопатик даволаш церебраль гемодинамикани ва веноз оқимни яхшилашда дори-дармон терапиясига нисбатан самаралироқ бўлиб, клиник симптомларни камайтиришга ёрдам берди. Икки гуруҳда ҳам ижобий ўзгаришлар қайд этилди, лекин ўсиш даражаси I гуруҳда юқори.
