Mazkur tadqiqotda bosh miyaning gipervaskulyar meningiomalarini olib tashlash jarayonida yuzaga keladigan intrаoperatsion qon yo‘qotilishini oldindan baholash uchun kliniko-radiologik xavf mezoni ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot doirasida asosiy (invaziv o‘sish va suyak zararlanishi) hamda ikkilamchi (o‘simta hajmi, durlar dumchasi, perifokal shish) xavf omillari aniqlanib, ular asosida matematik model tuzildi. Ushbu model asosida ishlab chiqilgan ball tizimi orqali qon ketish xavfini past, o‘rtacha va yuqori darajaga ajratish mumkin. Olingan natijalar asosida, o‘rtacha va yuqori xavf guruhlarida operatsiyadan oldin embolizatsiya tavsiya etiladi.
