##article.abstract##

Хиазма-селляр сохасидаги патологиялар нейрохирургиянинг энг қийин соҳаларидан биридир. Аммо бугунги кунда янги технологияларни жорий этиш туфайли гипофиз аденомаларини (ГА) ташхислаш ва даволаш янги босқичга кўтарилди. Аммо ҳар доим ҳам шундай бўлмаган. Адабиёт шарҳида унинг сўнгги ютуқлари, гипофиз аденомаларини ташхислаш ва даволашнинг ривожланиш тенденциялари ҳақида унинг дунёдаги ривожланиш тарихи маълумотлари келтирилган.
