TETERING SINDROMINI JARROHLIK YO`LI BILAN DAVOLASHNING DIAG-NOSTIK MEZONLARI (ADABIYOTLAR TAHLILI)

Tadqiqotning maqsadi. Tetering sindromi uchun diagnostik mezonlar bo‘yicha adabiyotlar ma’lumotlarini tahlil qilish, shuningdek, operativ yo`l bilan davolash uchun ko‘rsatmalarni aniqlash.
Material va usullar. 2010-2024-yillar davomida PubMed, EMBASE, eLibrary va Cochrane Library ma’lumotlar bazalarida klinik tadqiqotlar qidiruvi amalga oshirildi. Tadqiqot PRISMA xalqaro metaanaliz yozish bo‘yicha tavsiyalari asosida bajarildi. Dalillarning ishonchlilik darajalari va tavsiyalarning kuchi ASCO protokoli bo‘yicha baholandi.
Natijalar. Ma’lumotlar bazalaridan 260 ta manba topildi. Takroriy materiallar (n = 41) olib tashlandi. To‘liq bo‘lmagan maqolalar tadqiqotdan chiqarilgandan so‘ng 118 ta ish qoldi, ulardan faqat 18 tasi kiritish mezonlariga javob berdi va tahlil qilindi. Dalillilik darajasiga ko‘ra, 13 ta ish V darajasiga, 5 tasi esa S darajasiga kiritildi.
Xulosa. Orqa miya tetering sindromining komponentlari quyidagilar: joyidan siljigan orqa miya konusi, qisqargan va fiksatsiyalangan terminal tolasi, bel-dumg`aza sohasida lipoma mavjudligi. Shu bilan birga, bugungi kunda bemorlarning klinik-morfologik-funksional holatini integral baholash uchun aniq mezonlar mavjud emas, mavjud shkala esa spetsifik emas. Tasvirlangan MRT mezonlari orqa miyaning jarrohlik yo`li bilan defiksatsiya qilish ko‘rsatkichlarini aniqlash bo‘yicha dalillilik darajasi bilan chegaralangan. Jarrohlik aralashuviga aniq ko‘rsatmalarning yo‘qligi va orqa miyaning profilaktik defiksatsiyasini bajarishning munozarali ekanligi ushbu muammoni yanada chuqurroq o‘rganishni talab qiladi, bunda e`tibor tetering sindromining tashxisiy mezonlarini tahlil qilishga qaratiladi.
