BO`YIN UMURTQALARI ORQANGI BIR TOMONLAMA BIPORTAL ENDOSKOPIK FORAMINOTOMİYA VA DISKEKTOMIYA NATIJALARI

Ushbu maqolada yangi kam invaziv usul - bir tomonlama biportal endoskopik yondashuv yordamida amalga oshiriladigan bo'yin umurtqasining orqangi perkutan endoskopik diskektomiyasi natijalari muhokama qilinadi. 2024 yilda ushbu usul bilan 12 ta bemor davolangan. Tahlil bo'yin nogironligi indeksini va bo'yin va yuqori qo'llarning vizual analogli shkalasini baholashni o'z ichiga oladi. Nogironlik indeksi oxirgi nazoratda 27,0±2,5 dan 6,8±1,4 gacha kamaydi (P<0,05). Bo'yin va qo'l uchun vizual analog shkalasi ko'rsatkichlari ham sezilarli pasayishni ko'rsatdi (bo'yin: 6,2±0,8 dan 2,4±0,9 gacha; qo'l: 7,0±1,1 dan 2,2±0,6 gacha). Orqangi perkutan endoskopik servikal diskektomiya tuzli eritma bilan uzluksiz yuvib turilishi hisobiga operatsiya maydoni tozalanishini ta'minlaydi va statsionar davolash kunini qisqarishi va erta reabilitatsiya qilishga olib keladi. Shunday qilib, bu usul bo`yin foraminal disk churrasini davolashning muqobil variantidi hisoblanadi.
