QUALITY OF LIFE AND CONDITION OF PATIENTS IN THE EARLY RECOVERY PERIOD OF ISCHEMIC STROKE

70 patients with ischemic stroke who were treated in the neurological department of the Khorezm Regional Multidisciplinary Center were examined. Of these, there were 34 men (48.6%), women - 36 (51.4%). The mean age of the patients was 60.1±2.3 years. in patients with ischemic stroke in the early recovery period, a neurological deficit is detected according to the Barthel, Rankine, NIHSS, MMSE, and NADS scales, and the severity of these changes is associated with the severity of ischemic stroke. When assessing the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke in the early recovery period, the physical component of health suffers to a greater extent and the mental component of health to a lesser extent, and this is more pronounced in patients with severe ischemic stroke.
