Maqolada ishemik insultning turli patogenetik variantlariga ega bo‘lgan 240 nafar bemorda reabilitatsiya chora-tadbirlarining samaradorligini baholashga qaratilgan qiyosiy klinik tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan. Aniqlanishicha, insultning patogenetik subtipi funksional tiklanish sur’ati, nevrologik nuqson darajasi hamda uzoq muddatli davrdagi nogironlik ko‘rsatkichlariga statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Eng qulay natijalar lakunar insultda, eng past natijalar esa gemodinamik insultda kuzatilgan.
