##article.abstract##

Diskinetik bolalar serebral falaji (dBSF) — BSFning ikkinchi eng ko‘p uchraydigan turi (12–14%) bo‘lib, bazal gangliyalar va talamus zararlanishi natijasida ixtiyorsiz harakatlar va mushak tonusi buzilishi bilan namoyon bo‘ladi. Etiologiyasi ko‘p omilli bo‘lib, gipoksik-ishemik ensefalopatiya, kernikterus va genetik mutatsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Klinik jihatdan distoniya va xoreoatetoz kombinatsiyasi bilan tavsiflanadi, bunda odatda distoniya ustunlik qiladi. Diagnostika va davolash multidisiplinar yondashuvni talab qiladi, ammo ko‘pchilik davolash usullarining isbot darajasi cheklangan.
