Autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) in children are one of the most pressing problems in modern pediatric psychiatry, neurology, and medical genetics, requiring an interdisciplinary approach to diagnosis and correction. According to the World Health Organization, the prevalence of ASD among children is 1 case per 100 children, while speech disorders are recorded in 70–85% of patients and are one of the main criteria determining the severity of the disease; a steady trend in the growth of this pathology is observed in developed countries.
