KRANIOSEREBRAL TRAVMALAR OQIBATLARI NEYROREABILITATSIYASINING ZAMONAVIY YO’NALISHLARI VA IMKONIYATLARI (ADABIYOTLAR SHARHI)
##article.subject##:
: kranioserebral travmalar oqibatlari, neyroreabilitatsiya, kognitiv terapiya, telereabilitatsiya##article.abstract##
Bugungi kunda kranioserebral travmalar (KST), xususan ushbu travmalarning o‘rta og‘ir va og‘ir turlari butun jahon bo‘yicha bir yilda 64 milliondan ortiq kishilarda kuzatilib, bemorlardagi uzoq muddatli nogironlikni keltirib chiqaruvchi asosiy sabablaridan biri bo‘lib qolmoqda. KSTlarning murakkab va ko‘p omilli tabiati tufayli travmadan keyin kelib chiquvchi turli xil jismoniy, kognitiv, axloqqa oid va ruhiy-ijtimoiy buzilishlarni tiklash uchun kompleks va ko‘p tamoyilli reabilitatsiya usullarini qo‘llash talab etiladi. Biz PubMed, Scopus va Web of Science kabi ma’lumotlar bazalaridan KST oqibatlari neyroreabilitatsiyasi haqidagi adabiyotlarning tizimlashtirilgan qidiruvi va tahlilini o‘tkazdik. Ushbu adabiyotlar sharhimizda KSTlar oqibatlari reabilitatsiyasining muhim strategiyalari, jumladan neyropsixologik baholash, kognitiv va neyroplastik tibbiy aralashuvlar, jamiyatga reintegratsiya qiluvchi psixologik tibbiy yordam tadbirlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Sharhimizda tibbiy yordam imkoniyatlarini kengaytiruvchi va tiklanish natijalarini yaxshilovchi yangi texnologik innovatsion usullarga, jumladan virtual reallik, robototexnika, “miya-kompyuter” interfeysi va telereabilitatsiya kabilarga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Bundan tashqari, maqolamizda neyroreabilitatsiyaning kelajakdagi imkoniyatlarini ko‘rsatuvchi regenerativ usullar, xususan o‘zak hujayralar terapiyasi va nanotexnologiyalar qo‘llanilishi natijalari ham tahlil etilgan
