ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЦЕРЕБРАЛЬНОГО КРОВОТОКА У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ЭПИЗОДИЧЕСКОЙ И ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ГОЛОВНОЙ БОЛЬЮ НАПРЯЖЕНИЯ

Purpose: To determine the features of cerebral blood flow in patients suffering from episodic and chronic tension headache. Material and methods: 120 participants aged 25 to 44 years were included in the study, of which 60 were in the 1st group diagnosed with episodic tension headache and 60 were in the 2nd group diagnosed with chronic tension headache. The patients of the studied groups were comparable in gender and age. The diagnosis was established on the basis of anamnesis and clinical picture in accordance with clinical recommendations. The parameters of cerebral hemodynamics were evaluated using the Philips Clear Vue 850 ultrasound device (the Netherlands), using sensors S5-1 (1-5 MHz), L 12-3 (3-12 MHz) in the In-mode according to the standard method of Yu.M. Nikitin (1998) [14], as well as color duplex mapping of blood flow.
Results and discussion. The study revealed the features of cerebral hemodynamics, with an assessment of the venous component in patients with episodic and chronic tension headache
