Ushbu maqolada jismoniy mashqlar neyrodegenerativ kasalliklarda qanday qilib miyani tiklash va funksiyalarni yaxshilashga yordam berishi haqida so‘z boradi. Tadqiqot natijalari jismoniy faollik orqali miyada o‘sish omillarining ko‘payishi va bemorlarning kognitiv hamda motor qobiliyatlarining yaxshilanishini tasdiqlaydi.
