NEUROLOGICAL MANIFESTATIONS AND BENCHMARKS OF DIAGNOSIS OF "OPERATED SPINE SYNDROME" OF LUMBAR SPINE
Keywords:
osteochondrosis of the lumbar spine; operated spine syndrome; neurological signs; diagnosisAbstract
The article is devoted to the algorithm of early diagnostics of peripheral nervous system pathology, in particular "post-operative spine syndrome" in case of damage to the lumbosacral spine, neurological symptoms, and the clinical course of this syndrome. This article is of particular practical and scientific importance in timely detection, selection of differentiated treatment, and prevention of exacerbations of this syndrome both in primary health care and in inpatient observation. The article also contribute to increasing the effectiveness of a differentiated approach to diagnostics and treatment, systemic implementation of prevention of severe complications, improving the quality of specialized neurological and neurosurgical care, and achieving medical, social, and economic efficiency. The article is intended for neurosurgeons, traumatologists, general practitioners, masters, clinical residents and students of medical universities.
The purpose. The lumbar spine area is the neurological signs observed in"operated spine syndrome" and the possibility of developing an early diagnostic algorithm that makes it possible to avoid deep complications.
The article is intended for neurologists, neurosurgeons, traumatologists, general practitioners, family doctors of medical and preventive institutions, as well as undergraduate and graduate students and clinical residents of higher medical institutions.
