Keywords:
spinal cord injury, transpedicular fixation, surgical treatment, neurological statusAbstract
In the article is explained the relevance of modern surgical treatment of acute injury of the thoracic spinal lumbar spinal in neurosurgical. Attention is paid to assessing the nature and mechanism of damage to the of spinal motion segment and clarified the true state of the spinal cord at the level of damage. The result and treatment of 45 patients with various injuries thoracolumbar spine in department of combined and complicated injuries in the Bukhara branch of RSCEMC in the period 2015 to 2018. A comparative analysis of clinical and neurological status of patients after the stabilization of the vertebral-motor segment before and after surgery.
