Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the features of instrumental diagnosis of lumbar spondylolisthesis. The diagnostic capabilities and clinical value of the principal imaging modalities, including plain radiography, multislice computed tomography (MSCT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), are considered. The comprehensive use of modern imaging techniques enables a more accurate assessment of the nature and degree of vertebral displacement, the condition of osseous structures, intervertebral discs, and neural elements, as well as the identification of associated degenerative and dystrophic changes. The obtained findings contribute to improving the diagnostic accuracy of spondylolisthesis and provide a basis for determining the optimal treatment strategy for patients.
