OUTCOMES OF DIFFERENTIATED SURGICAL TREATMENT BASED ON THE ARGENSON CLASSIFICATION IN PATIENTS WITH SUBAXIAL CERVICAL SPINE INJURIES

This article highlights the impact of a differentiated surgical strategy based on the C.Argenson classification on the neurological and functional outcomes of patients with subaxial cervical spine injuries. The study included 89 patients, who were divided into two groups. Neurological status was assessed using the Frankel grading system, while functional outcomes were evaluated using the Neck Disability Index (NDI) before surgery and at 1, 6, and 12 months after the intervention. The obtained results demonstrated the clinical effectiveness of the differentiated surgical strategy based on the Argenson classification, showing improved neurological recovery and functional outcomes compared with conventional surgical management.
