Abstract

An analysis was conducted of the surgical treatment outcomes in 109 patients with degenerative spondylolisthesis of the lumbar spine. All patients underwent posterior decompression, transpedicular correction and fixation, and interbody fusion using PLIF cages. In the majority of patients, a significant reduction in pain syndrome, improvement in functional status, and restoration of segmental stability were observed. Radiological assessment confirmed the formation of an interbody bone block during long-term follow-up.
