Барча бош мия жароҳатлари орасида кўп сонли гематомалар 0.74 % ташкил этади. Кўп сонли калла ичи гематомаларига комплекс-диагностик ёндашув, жарохатнинг эрта босчиқларида аниқ ташхис қўйишга ва даволаш тактикасини танлашга имконият яратади. Бош мия жароҳатлари кўп сонли калла ичи гематомалари оператив даволаш усулларига дифференциал ёндашув ижобий оператив натижаларга, беморларнинг эрта активланишига, хамда ногиронлик ва ўлим кўрсаткичининг пасайишига имконият яратади.
