Abstract

This study is focused on the analysis of clinical, neurophysiological, and neuroglial features of post-stroke seizure syndrome. Laboratory parameters, EEG, and MRI findings were evaluated in relation to the S100B biomarker. The results revealed a strong association between stroke severity, neuroglial activity, and epileptogenesis. S100B was shown to be a valuable prognostic marker for improving individualized treatment strategies.
