##article.abstract##

Parkinson kasalligi surunkali progressiv kechuvchi neyrodegenerativ kasallik bo‘lib, u nafaqat motor, balki yaqqol nomotor buzilishlar bilan ham kechadi, ularning orasida oshqozon-ichak tizimi funksiyasidagi o‘zgarishlar muhim o‘rin egallaydi. So‘nggi yillarda Parkinson kasalligining patogenezi va progressiyasida ichak mikrobiomi hamda «ichak–miya» o‘qining o‘rni alohida e’tiborga olinmoqda. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi Parkinson kasalligi bo‘lgan bemorlarda ichak mikrobiomining xususiyatlarini o‘rganish va ularning kasallikning klinik namoyonlari bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligini baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqotga Parkinson kasalligi tashxisi qo‘yilgan bemorlar kiritilib, ularda motor va nomotor simptomlar UPDRS hamda Hoehn and Yahr shkalalari yordamida baholandi, shuningdek ichak mikrobiomining holati mikrob yuklamasi, mikrobiotik yadroning tuzilishi va disbioz belgilarini aniqlash orqali tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar ichak mikrobiomi tarkibida yaqqol buzilishlar mavjudligini, obligat mikrofloraning kamayishi va shartli-patogen mikroorganizmlar ulushining oshishini ko‘rsatdi, bu esa kasallik davomiyligi va klinik og‘irligi bilan bog‘liq ekanligi aniqlandi. Aniqlangan o‘zgarishlar ichak mikrobiomining neyroyallig‘lanish mexanizmlari va Parkinson kasalligi progressiyasidagi muhim rolini tasdiqlaydi hamda diagnostika va davolash yondashuvlarini ishlab chiqishda uni hisobga olish zarurligini asoslaydi.
