Abstract

Glioblastoma is a highly aggressive malignant brain tumor with an unfavorable prognosis. Disease recurrence is common, and survival after recurrence remains limited. Identifying prognostic factors in recurrent glioblastoma may help optimize treatment and improve clinical outcomes. This systematic review aims to analyze the clinical, molecular, and therapeutic factors that influence the survival of patients with recurrent glioblastoma. Patient age, molecular markers, and the extent of surgical resection are significant prognostic factors for survival in recurrent glioblastoma. The review results highlight the importance of molecular profiling for a personalized treatment approach. At the same time, existing salvage therapies demonstrate limited efficacy, indicating the need for the development of new therapeutic strategies to improve outcomes in this aggressive disease.

Таҳлилга глиобластома рецидивида клиник, молекуляр ва терапевтик прогностик омилларнинг ролини ўрганишга қаратилган, олдиндан белгиланган танлаш мезонлари асосида сараланган тадқиқотлар киритилди
