According to statistics, in Uzbekistan, mortality from stroke remains high. In the last decade, studies in the field of cerebral vascular pathology with the study of atherosclerosis in arterial hypertension, the issue of arterial hypotension as a factor preceding cerebrovascular accident remains practically unexplored (1, 3). The terminology of arterial hypotension and its nosological affiliation are diverse, so in some sources this symptom is considered the norm, in others, they come to the conclusion about a long-term illness, or can become a risk factor for arterial hypertension and other diseases of the cardiovascular system
