Surgical treatment of migraine has gained increasing importance in recent years as an effective method for patients who do not respond to medication therapy. This study analyzes the clinical outcomes of supraorbital nerve decompression in patients with frontal migraine. The effectiveness of combining glabellar muscle group myectomy with supraorbital foraminotomy, aimed at eliminating potential nerve compression factors, is evaluated. The obtained results demonstrate that including foraminotomy leads to a more significant reduction in the frequency and intensity of migraine attacks, as well as decreased pain in the frontal region. The study’s conclusions emphasize the importance of precise microsurgical technique and anatomical visualization in enhancing the effectiveness of surgical migraine treatment.
