Migren va fibromialgiya — surunkali og‘riq sindromlari bo‘lib, ular ko‘pincha birgalikda uchraydi va bemorlarning hayot sifatini keskin pasaytiradi. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi migren, fibromialgiya va ularning komorbidligida vegetativ simptomlarning klinik xususiyatlarini aniqlash va qiyosiy baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqotga jami 50 nafar bemor jalb qilindi :20 nafar migren, 15 nafar fibromialgiya, 15 nafar komorbid holatdagi bemorlar, nazorat guruhi sifatida esa 20 nafar sog‘lom shaxs tekshirildi. Vegetativ simptomlar COMPASS-31, fibromialgiya og‘irligi FIQ, psixoemotsional holat esa HADS shkalalari yordamida baholandi. Natijalar komorbid guruhda vegetativ simptomlarning chastotasi va og‘irligi sezilarli darajada yuqoriligini ko‘rsatdi. Xulosa qilib, migren va fibromialgiya komorbidligida vegetativ disfunksiya yanada yaqqol namoyon bo‘ladi hamda tashxis va davolash jarayonida alohida yondashuvni talab qiladi.
