НЕМЕДИКАМЕНТОЗНАЯ КОРРЕКЦИЯ ВЕГЕТАТИВНЫХ НАРУШЕНИЙ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ГОЛОВНОЙ БОЛЬЮ НАПРЯЖЕНИЯ

Purpose: To evaluate the possibility of using breathing exercises with vocal exercises to correct autonomic disorders in patients with chronic tension headache. Materials and methods: A study was conducted of 120 patients aged 25 to 44 years with chronic tension headache and 30 people in a control group comparable in gender and age. The analysis of vegetative regulation before and after the course of respiratory gymnastics in combination with vocal exercises was carried out using the method of assessing heart rate variability on the VNS-spectrum device (Neuro-Soft, Ivanovo).
Results and discussion. As a result of the study, the presence of vegetative disorders before and the balance of sympathetic, parasympathetic and ergotropic influences after a course of respiratory gymnastics and vocal exercises was established.
