Abstract

Today, migraine is one of the most common and disabling neurological diseases. Migraine occurs 3 times more often in women than in men and affects 18-25% of women of fertile age. Hormonal changes, especially fluctuations in estrogen levels, significantly affect the frequency and severity of migraine attacks. In women of fertile age, migraine causes not only individual suffering, but also leads to reproductive health, complications during pregnancy, and decreased work capacity.
