Abstract

This article analyzes optimized methods for the effective treatment and prevention of chronic headaches, including various types of migraines. The study utilized standardized tools such as the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Migraine Disability Assessment Test (MIDAS), Headache Impact Test (HIT-6), Short Form Health Survey (SF-36), HADS, and CPAQ-R. Results showed that the treatment process significantly reduced pain intensity, improved psychological stability, enhanced quality of life, and led to improvements in cognitive function. Notably, a comprehensive approach combining cognitive-behavioral therapy, antidepressants, and anxiolytics proved effective. The study highlights the importance of an individualized and integrative approach to managing chronic headaches.
