Abstract

Chronic tic hyperkinesias in adolescents are often accompanied by affective regulation disorders, anxiety, and increased psychophysiological excitability. The aim of this study was to identify psychophysiological and biochemical markers associated with elevated anxiety and excitability in adolescents with tics, in order to apply them further in differentiated diagnosis and therapy.
