ВЛИЯНИЕ УРОВНЯ САМООЦЕНКИ НА ПЕРЕЖИВАНИЕ ЧУВСТВА ОДИНОЧЕСТВА В ПОДРОСТКОВОМ ВОЗРАСТЕ

Подростковый возраст представляет собой уникальный этап в развитии человека, в течение которого юноши и девушки только начинают свой путь, чтобы обрести индивидуальность и стать независимыми и самодостаточными взрослыми. Это критический период для развития социальных и эмоциональных привычек, важных для психического и эмоционального благополучия. Быстрое физическое, когнитивное, эмоциональное и психосоциальное развитие влияет на то, как подростки думают, чувствуют и взаимодействуют с внешней и внутренней средой. По оценкам, во всем мире каждый седьмой подросток (в возрасте от 10 до 19 лет) страдает психическим расстройством; лидируют депрессия, тревога и расстройства поведения.
