Аннотация

Результаты исследования обосновывают необходимость проведения ЭНМГ, количественного сенсорного и автономно- го тестирования при обследовании пациентов с СД I типа на ранних стадиях заболевания, что важно для назначения своевременного лечения на субклинической стадии. Было установлено, что изучение липидного спектра, а также выявление поздних осложнений диа- бета (ретинопатии) могут быть использованы в клинической практике для определения наличия факторов риска развития тяжести ДПН. Результаты исследования позволяют разработать рекомендации по выявлению пациентов с субклинической стадией невропатии.
