ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА ПРИ ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИИ ДОГОВОРОВ НА ОКАЗАНИЕ ТЕЛЕКОММУНИКАЦИОННЫХ УСЛУГ

В данной статье исследуются потенциальные преимущества и проблемы использования искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в процессе заключения договоров на телекоммуникационные услуги. Автор утверждает, что ИИ может упростить процесс заключения контрактов, автоматизируя рутинные задачи, уменьшая количество ошибок и предоставляя персонализированные рекомендации на основе данных о клиентах. Однако в статье также освещаются потенциальные юридические и этические проблемы, связанные с использованием ИИ в переговорах по контрактам, такие как прозрачность, подотчетность и предвзятость. В целом, эта статья дает ценную информацию о том, как ИИ может преобразовать телекоммуникационную отрасль, поднимая при этом важные вопросы о его внедрении и регулировании.
