ВОПРОСЫ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ СИСТЕМЫ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

Развитие цифровых технологий в настоящее время привело к созданию искусственного интелленкта (ИИ). Расширение возможности использования искусственного интеллекта дает импульс для нового скачка общественного прогресса. В тоже время перед обществом открвыаются ряд проблемных вопросов, связанных, прежде всего, с правовым регулированием ИИ. В статье анализируется опыт США, Китая, ЕС в сфере использования искусственного интеллекта и акцентируется внимание на наиболее актуальных вопросах правового регулирования искусственного интеллекта.
